BIG shout out to all you came out to the Bethel Time Trial last night! Great turnout with 22 riders for our first official TT of the season! And it was great to see all the new faces! This is going to be a big year! Below are the results from last nights Time Trial.

TRI FOR FREEDOM - MARCH 25th
Paula Heron is conducting an indoor tri at LAC on Sunday, March 25th to benefit Tri 4 Freedom (Paula's charity related to helping Survivor's of Human Trafficking). She can take up to 72 triathletes for this 20 minute swim, 30 minute spin bike and 5K run (all inside, all at Lexington Athletic Club). Cost is $20 with 100% of proceeds going to the charity.
